Spend, Redeem & Win!

- Redeemable at Redemption Booth @ GF Oasis, next to H&M Home.  
- This redemption will run from 18 April – 12 May 2025.
- Redemptions are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the rewards have been fully redeemed.
- To qualify for stamp collection, a single receipt of min RM20 spent must include the purchase of coffee and/or pastries and cakes. Receipts without coffee or pastry items are not eligible.
- Shoppers are entitled to collect one (1) stamp with every RM20 spent in a single receipt at any F&B outlet.
- A total of five (5) stamps must be collected to complete the stamp card.
- Each of the five (5) receipts must be from different participating outlets. Multiple receipts from the same outlet will not be eligible.
- Upon Collection:
Three (3) stamps: Redeem a reward.
Five (5) stamps: Redeem a second reward and automatically earn an entry into the lucky draw.
- A total of five (5) lucky winners will each receive free coffee for a year (365 cups). The coffee brand will be assigned by the mall management. Terms and conditions for the free coffee apply and may vary depending on the assigned brand.
- Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid participating outlets during the campaign period.
- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.  
- Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member to be entitled for the lucky draw.
- The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed. 
- Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
- Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem or participate in the campaign.
- Rewards/vouchers will be allocated randomly based on availability.
- The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
- The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
- The lucky draw contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
- By participating in this redemption and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
- Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
- The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
- If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 3 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
- Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
- Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
- The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
- In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
- Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
